Feels like we’re floating endlessly

In a vast vacuum of space.

Lots of mistakes in this picture.

I remind myself that there are no rules.

But if there were rules we’d break them.

For we have transformed into a species of excess.

We can’t stray far from that.

If there is enough we want more.

And that is the reason we’re doomed.
