This is my third poem today about St. Patrick’s Day. You can probably tell how much revering people who don’t deserve to be revered irks me.

St. Patrick isn’t green.
At least not that I’ve seen.
He wasn’t even Irish
He was British-Roman, see?
You shouldn’t all revere him.
The Irish should have speared him.
He colonized that Island, fools.
It did not damn endear him.
