I’m down to one cup of coffee a day. I will eventually stop drinking it. I had no idea how adversely it was affecting me until I saw a YouTube video about it yesterday. I’m drinking tea with dandelion roots, mimosa bark, a dab of himalayan shilajit this Everything Tea I bought from an herbalist which has all sorts of great stuff in it and ginger. I’m on cup 2 of that. It tastes and makes me feel great. I’m buying more of this mimosa bark once I run out.
