Depiction of Jesus, 14th century Russia. Now this is obviously a Black Jesus and I’m going to link the other images revealed. All of these “Israelites” are depicted as having Black skin, but if you notice, they don’t have distinctively African feature, which suggests to me the people who painted these images were Black but not African!m Stands to reason right? I know it might sound strange 14th Century Russia being dominated by Blacks, but it’s history. It’s just not a history you can read in a text book. And to be clear, the Ancient Hebrews were ALSO Black, but African. Bear in mind though, that we aren’t discussing a historic figure here.
