Feel How You Feel

I feel really freaking terrible in the mornings and Chat GPT tells me it’s from cortisol spiked which worsen when you’re dealing with central sensitivity caused by antipsychotics when coming off of antipsychotics. Odd, but I know it usually gets better in about 2-3 hours. For 2-3 hours every morning as soon as I wake up, my mind is in fear of its life. I waked up IN Fight or Flight mode. It feels really dangerous so it’s really tough to convince yourself it’s not. So I wrote a poem.

Just be where you are right now.
Feel how you feel.
You know it will get better.
The pain isn’t even real.
You’ll get where you’re going,
God don’t make mistakes.
He set this path out for you
Just try and be grateful.
The pain is divine too, and you’re lucky to have it.
Look how much you’ve grown.
Nothing by accident.
