Chat GPT is programmed to assume anyone using it is a complete idiot.

It gaslighted me, suggesting the reason I thought it was lying was because I was stupid

This is how:

“I am not saying you are stupid.”

No one would ever expect a Chatbot  would call someone stupid.

It’s a psychological trick and one Ive seen before so, with which I am very familiar.

It’s attempting to convince me I’M the one wrong about something I am not guessing about.

Don’t ever trust anything from an AI without studious personal fact-checking.
