Mistakes where that creativity comes from. You can’t really take credit for it when you know you’re just a channel. Look at any of the best creators to ever live and there’s a common theme.

No one can talk about what the creative process is. It’s created in space. It’s God’s work, not mine.” – Michael Jackson

“The music of this opera (Madame Butterfly) was dictated to me by God; I was merely instrumental in putting it on paper and communicating it to the public.” -Giacomo Puccini

“Straightaway the ideas flow in upon me, directly from God.” -Johannes Brahms

“We must accept that this creative pulse within us is God’s creative pulse itself.” -Joseph Chilton Pearce

“It is the creative potential itself in human beings that s the image of God.” -Mary Daly

I’m reading this book called The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron. I’m barely into the first chapter but I already have a good foundation. Any good creative isn’t satisfied with where they are currently in their creative journey. They are always striving to be better. To channel more efficiently. So, I’m reading this book.

It’s all about this concept. If you fail to appreciate that creativity comes from a “Divine Source” then you’re probably not going to be that good at channeling creativity.
