I saw this on Twitter and the guy who took the photo had no idea what they were and thanked me for teaching this to him. I’m posting it here to help any of you who might have a mimosa tree local to you. These flowers make great fragrant teas and you can even dry them for later use although be aware they will turn brown as they dry.
