I was going down rabbit holes last night about Scientology and happened to be looking into The Mars Volta, whose frontman Cedric Bixler-Zavala is an ex-Scientologist along with his wife. They claim the group poisoned their family dog forcing them to put him down after his wife accused convicted rapist Danny Masterson of raping her when they were dating within the Church.

None of that has much to do with the reason for this post. Original member of the Mars Volta, Jeremy Ward, died in 2003, 20 days after his 27th birthday.

I just happened to do the math in my head when I looked up when he died. I know to look for stuff like this because I recognized the pattern years ago.
