If something you consume is going to make you sick, it will be due to spoiling—not a contaminaton of bacteria such as salmonella. (To be clear, the toxins that cause spoiling are byproducts of certain present bacteria (that you have in your body right now) that break down meat and vegetable matter.
These bacteria play roles and they aren’t harmful as we’ve been led to believe. Destroying these bacteria is counter-productive. They have roles they play in animal bodies. The entire field of virology on which so much of modern medicine has been based is complete bunk. And it’s designed to make you LESS—not more—healthy.
Breakfast was invented for this reason! And to sell more food! There’s never just one motivation for these ops they pull on society.
If a food source has toxins in it that are going to make you sick, they are going to be present no matter whether you cook it or not. And it isn’t the bacteria that make you sick! It’s the toxins! It’s ALWAYS the toxins. Reframe your entire idea about illness in this way and you will be able to keep yourself healthier. I am going through an antipsychotic-induced nervous system scenario right now but as far as getting “sick” from what you would think of as an illness, I haven’t been ill in over 5 years. And the last time i thought i was sick I am almost certain it was purely psychological.
Virus is latin for toxin. They aren’t living things. That’s a lie they tell us. They don’t even technically claim they are alive but the DO claim they EVOLVE and that’s not possible with a non-living entity. So you know they are lying.
Now every time you hear about Antibiotic-resistant “super” bacteria, understand you’re being gaslit to elicit terror in you. Most media stories are designed to do this.
Few of them are actually reporting real events honestly. I say few because it is easier to believe than none.
All bacteria in your body are supposed to be there. They are all playing roles. What you should NOT put in your body is anything to kill them (which is counter-productive to your health) or any kind of toxin. Don’t put anything in your body you do not know every ingredient for and know intimately they are natural and safe.
