Letting go and trusting God is just like trusting your gut more than recipes. It really is a great analogy if you’re a good cook.
At some point you just stop second guessing your gut instinct and start treating it as a guiding voice. Listening for advice on every choice you have to make. Will that lead you to bliss? Yes, but only eventually. You arrive there first. You got to arrive there eventually no matter where you are right now. So it doesn’t matter if this sounds foreign to you or it kind of vibes with you in a way you might not have expected. That is what I’m talking about here: listening to your gut.
