love yourself

Koko the gorilla saw her reflection in a mirror and signed to her trainer, “Me. Koko. Love.” And she was talking about self-love. She then went and sought an embrace from the trainer. This is something humans are not taught how to do usually. It’s something they must learn but animals inherently love themselves.
