I’m not being hyperbolic. I know what I’m talking about. Look around at the average American and compare them to the average European. That’s still the West and it’s ridiculous how much healthier they are.

I don’t get it. I don’t know why God makes it so difficult. I have to live here. I have no choice. I have to shop at grocery stores. I buy everything organic, grass-fed, and soak my veggies in baking soda water anyway. It’s madness. People just don’t have any idea how bad that stuff is for you!
