There are natural cures for almost everything right outside your door. I have acid reflux issues from taking acid blockers for years and then stopping. There’s a slippery elm in the woods beside my apartment. I can harvest the bark from it in season.

That’s another thing: harvest this medicine in season and then store it properly.

When we moved to Mount Juliet (Middle TN) when I was in 6th grade, I dove headfirst into the woods and found all these wonderful flowers and plants growing. One was Mayapple which I had never seen before. I dug these up and planted them closer to the house. I did this with the small blue flowers I found too. They are not native though I discovered recently. They are asiatic. But these mayapples did really well and still grow today where I transplanted them.

I was curious what they were good for now that I know everything is good for something and so I looked it up. Snake bites and wart removers. Yes, wart removers. And they work better than anything you might find in a pharmacy. Even on genital warts believe it or not! (Which are NOT caused by a “virus.”)

I just want to illustrate that there is a pharmacy right outside your door if you know how to use it. God put that there.

The Indigenous to this land used to eat the mayapple fruit themselves which is toxic if you don’t eat it when it’s fully ripe. Guess when that happens.

By the way, do NOT go to wikipedia to find uses for plants and herbs. They will lie to you. There are very few plants that will kill you if you consume them and most of them contain the word “bane” as a warning of their toxicity. Some toxic plants like Helabores have traditionally been used INTENTIONALLY to induce vomiting in the case of poisoning from another substance.

Every time you see this:

Science is bought-and-paid-for research that often is bought to work backwards from a conclusion to support that conclusion independent of what the actual evidence says. And the Medical Industry has “Science” handcuffed.
