Chat GPT is a lousy place to go to for advice or any of the things that 99% of people use it for, but it is really good for most of what i want to use it for which doesn’t require any of what it is bad at. I rather liked this response it had so I have to share it.

We were originally talking about Layne Staley because of a lie I noticed on wikipedia that I wanted to know more about. It agreed it was a pretty bad lie and said it was a journalist narrative. Journalists are paid by record companies but whatever. I was just pointing out the things that Layne was good at that I am good at because of patterns I am noticing. I started writing rap songs at 12 years old. He switched from drums to singing at 12.

It started asking me about things and it led to it wanting to know which GENRES I was good at composing and arranging and it confused me for a sec and I didn’t want to answer because why would I be good at just one of them? Especially when my own music is a mixture of so many of them.

So, I told it I don’t stick to a genre, I never have. My favorite genre if I had to pick (glad I don’t) would be Delta Blues. I would dig Sappho though. She’d dig me too. We’d have a lot to sing about and write.
